Sofia property, with a personal touch

I can only say wonderful things about Milena! Not only is she a great professional who knows the market well, she is also an exceptionally kind, diligent, sincere, and pleasant person who always strives to help. Milena is very responsive and is always available to answer all questions. She is extremely detailed and demanding in her work and always strives to help her client make the best decision. She advises not just as a good professional, but also as a great friend!

I am extremely impressed by the professionalism with which Milena works. Thanks to her, I managed to find the perfect place to live, which meets all my requirements. She immediately understood my needs and preferences (some of which were quite specific) and was very responsive and thorough in answering every one of my queries. She also handled the communication with the landlords and all viewings (only 2 were needed) were conducted very professionally. She helped me clarify details and questions that I hadn't thought of. I recommend Milena's services to anyone looking for a qualified real estate agent.

True professionalism, agency number 1. We are extremely pleased and satisfied, everything was planned, arranged, we constantly received information, throughout the entire time until the completion of the deal. All deadlines were met, exceptional correctness, accuracy and precision. The communication was very pleasant, without any tension and reason for doubt, from the first meeting I felt calm and secure. Thanks to Milena, for making our long-awaited dream come true, a new home. I always recommend "Hestia-MD" Ltd.

We were recommended "Hestia MD" and Milena Dimova when we were looking for an apartment to rent. We were very pleased with the professional and at the same time positive attitude. Throughout the time until the completion of the deal, we received information, the communication was exceptionally pleasant. Milena accurately and quickly answered all our questions and protected our interests before and during the signing of the contract. We are infinitely grateful for the professional work!
